EDMOND, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Critical Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has formed a board of advisors for its AirVault® division. Board members are respected, well-known executives in the aviation industry whose experience and insights have already helped shape the Company’s strategic and product direction.

The first five members of the AirVault Advisory Board include:

Bill Ashworth, President, retired, BF Goodrich (now ATS). Forty years’ experience in commercial aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul, including aircraft modifications, manufacturing, and FAA Type Certification. Career includes fifteen years Federal Aviation Administration Aircraft Certification leadership and five years military aviation flight test engineering.

James Davey, VP Engineering, retired, United Airlines and Alaska Airlines. Mr. Davey’s consultancy specializes in engineering services: Boeing, Goodrich, Cavok Oliver Wyman, Evergreen and American Airlines, ATS MRO, Kaman and Structural Integrity Engineering. He was VP Engineering for Alaska Airlines from 1993-2003; Managing Director Technical Services for Lockheed MRO from 1991-1993; Director of Engineering at Continental Airlines, 1986-1991; and President of Dover Hydraulics from 1981-1986. At Continental Airlines and Rockwell International, he was an aircraft structures and flight controls engineer. He earned the M.A. in mathematics at Loyola University, Los Angeles.

Jeffery Hillis, Senior Director Technology, Southwest Airlines; formerly Senior Director, M&E Support Southwest Airlines; Senior Director, Technology, Southwest Airlines; Director, Computer Sciences Corporation; Director, Hogan System.

Tony Pistilli, Sr., Technical Records Manager, retired, United Airlines. BS degree from Polytechnic Institute in Aerospace Engineering and Applied Mechanics; MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic; fifteen years with Pratt & Whitney in Experimental Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Service; four years with America West Airlines as Senior Director Quality Assurance & Engineering, Senior Director Operations Planning; sixteen years with United Airlines Maintenance & Engineering Manager Technical Information Management, Maintenance Records & Control, Director Maintenance Programs, Project Management. Chairman of the Air Transport Association Technical Information and Communications Committee 1993-1996. Consultant to airline management 2007 to present.

Jon Pyke, FBCS CITP, Chief Executive Officer, CIMtrek, a new business that automates the migration of applications from IBM Lotus Notes to the cloud. Mr. Pyke, based in London, co-founded and is the Chair of the Workflow Management Coalition. He is an AiiM Laureate for Workflow, and was awarded the Marvin Manheim award for Excellence in Workflow in 2003. Prior to CIMtrek, he founded the Process Factory, now part of Cordys, and before that he was the Chief Technology Officer and a main board director of Staffware Plc from August 1992 until it was acquired by Tibco in 2004. Mr. Pyke also acts as a non-executive director for a number of public and private UK based software companies.
