Luxfer Gas Cylinders Launches All-new Website
RIVERSIDE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Luxfer Gas Cylinders, the world’s largest manufacturer of high-pressure aluminum and composite cylinders, has launched a completely redesigned, all-new website at www.luxfercylinders.com.
“New features on our website will enable us to provide even better training materials in the future.”
The new site uses the latest geo-location technology to provide targeted, geographically specific product and support information for Luxfer customers in more than 50 countries around the world.
“We’ve completely changed the architecture of our website to make it much more user-friendly and regionally relevant,” said Dan Stracner, Luxfer’s director of communications and public affairs. “Customers can now find exactly the information they need about Luxfer products and services available in their own countries, as well as other parts of the world.”
The site also contains exclusive training and safety materials—including product usage and inspection manuals and videos—covering a wide range of cylinder applications. All materials are available as free downloads. “Luxfer has a long history of providing high-quality training aids to help ensure safe use of our products,” Stracner said. “New features on our website will enable us to provide even better training materials in the future.”
Luxfer cylinders are used in many different gas-containment applications, including alternative fuel (AF) vehicles that run on compressed natural gas; medical gases; life-support cylinders for self-contained breathing apparatuses (SCBA) used by firefighters and other first-responders; beverage dispensing; fire extinguishers; industrial applications, including welding; specialty gas applications, including those requiring high levels of gas purity; inflation of life rafts and aircraft escape slides; automotive and nautical performance racing; paintball sports; and scuba diving. Luxfer also manufactures spun steel cylinders used in aviation and petroleum production.
A member of the Luxfer Group of high-technology companies, Luxfer Gas Cylinders operates manufacturing facilities in the United States, England, France, China and India.
