Orbit International Corp. Reschedules 2010 Fourth Quarter & Year End Conference Call for 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 10th
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orbit International Corp. (NASDAQ:ORBT), a defense and industrial electronics manufacturer, systems integrator and software solution provider, today announced that its conference call, originally scheduled for 11:00 am Thursday, March 10th has been rescheduled for 2:00 pm on the same day, due to a personal issue of Mitchell Binder, its Acting Chief Executive Officer. The Company will, as originally planned, release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2010 on Thursday, March 10, 2011, before the opening of the stock market.
As previously announced, during the conference call, Mr. Binder and David Goldman, its Acting Chief Financial Officer will discuss financial results, business developments and the outlook for 2011. In addition, management will discuss new orders, backlog, acquisition strategy and its lower cost structure for 2011. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing 201-689-8037; please call in 10 minutes before the conference call is scheduled to begin and ask for the Orbit International conference call. After opening remarks, there will be a question and answer period.
