“USGIF is committed to delivering another meaningful GEOINT Symposium in 2011 in line with our goal to help build the community,” said USGIF President Keith J Masback. “Coming off last year’s superb event, marked by record setting attendance of over 4,000, the early acceptance of seven keynote speakers for GEOINT 2011, including four combatant commanders, is truly exciting. We eagerly look forward to delivering another world-class event in San Antonio this year.”
The GEOINT 2011 Symposium is the nation’s largest intelligence event of the year and takes place Oct. 16-19 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. Last year more than 4,000 total attendees were attracted to GEOINT 2010 to hear speakers discuss multi-INT topics and see the latest technologies from over 220 exhibitors and sponsors in more than 100,000 square feet of exhibit hall. This year’s Symposium will capture attendees’ interest with intriguing keynote speakers, panel discussions and breakout tracks covering topics from across the Defense, Intelligence and Homeland Security Communities. GEOINT 2011 also promises networking opportunities through multiple receptions and evening events like the Allder Golf Classic, Welcome Reception at St. Paul Square’s Sunset Station, GEOWalk Corporate Hospitality Night and the Closing Celebration.
