CI Capital Partners Announces Closing of Private Equity Fund at $620 Million in Commitments

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CI Capital Partners (“CI Capital”), a private equity firm headquartered in New York City today announced the final closing of its CI Capital Investors II, L.P. fund with $620 million in commitments, exceeding its target of $500 million. The managing principals of CI Capital are collectively the largest investors in the fund.

Founded in 1993, CI Capital targets middle-market businesses in industries with strong consolidation potential.
