CPI Aerostructures to Report 2011 First Quarter Financial Results and Conduct Conference Call on Wednesday, May 4th
EDGEWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE Amex: CVU) today announced that it will issue its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011 on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 prior to the opening of the stock market. CPI Aero’s President & CEO, Edward J. Fred and CFO, Vincent Palazzolo will host a conference call at 11:00 am ET that day to discuss these results as well as recent corporate developments. After opening remarks, there will be a question and answer period. Interested parties may participate in the call by dialing (201) 689-8337. Please call in 10 minutes before the conference call is scheduled to begin and ask for the CPI Aero call.
