Cytec Declares Quarterly Dividend

WOODLAND PARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cytec Industries Inc. (NYSE:CYT) announced today that the company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share on the common stock of the company, payable on May 25, 2011 to shareholders of record as of May 10, 2011.
