Dépèche transmise le 7 avril 2011 par PRNewswire
SAN FRANCISCO, April 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Jackson Square Aviation, LLC is pleased to announce that it has hired Christophe Million-Rousseau to establish the firm's Toulouse, France office with an emphasis on new aircraft origination and capital markets activities. As one of the world's fastest-growing commercial aircraft lessors, JSA continues to expand its corporate platform with offices in key areas throughout the world. Within his new role Christophe will focus on marketing efforts in Russia, the Middle East and Africa, as well as enhancing JSA's capital raising efforts.

"Christophe is a welcome addition to the Jackson Square team," said Rich Wiley, Jackson Square's President and CEO. "He brings a wealth of expertise with his previous positions at manufacturers and financiers, most recently serving a wide array of airlines and lessors while at Airbus Customer Finance. As we continue to build out our business, his large global contact list and his track record of successful transactions will be great additions to our franchise. Having Christophe operate out of Toulouse is a further advantage for us, as we now have offices in the hubs of both Airbus and Boeing."
Christophe joins Jackson Square from Airbus Customer Finance (Toulouse and Washington, D.C.), where he managed a team supporting new sales campaigns and facilitating customer access to pre-delivery and delivery financing. During his time at Airbus, he personally transacted with approximately 60 airlines and lessors in a broad array of sales and finance assignments, in every region of the world. His previous experience also includes positions at Rolls-Royce Capital (London), Natixis (Paris), and CDC-IXIS (Paris).
Million-Rousseau commented, "After 15 years in customer finance, I'm very excited that JSA is giving me the opportunity to continue to support airline clients as their fleet and capital requirements grow. I'm thrilled to join the leasing community at a dynamic company such as JSA. This position enables me to leverage my skills to focus on both originating new sale/leasebacks as well as supporting the firm's capital-raising efforts in Europe and the Middle East. Being able to help develop both sides of JSA's business was a big attraction for me."
Jackson Square Aviation is a full-service aircraft leasing company based in San Francisco with offices in Seattle, London, Toulouse, Miami, and Buenos Aires, with an Asian office opening later in 2011. JSA currently has a fleet of over 60 aircraft (owned and committed) worth in excess of $3 billion. The management team, which had previously worked together at Pegasus Aviation and Sky Holding, has over 100 years of combined industry experience. Led by the seasoned aircraft leasing trio of Richard Wiley, Toby Bright and Scott Weiss, the team has collectively acquired over $10 billion of aircraft, has purchased and/or remarketed over 400 aircraft, and has developed relationships with over 30 commercial lenders and investment banks across Europe, Asia and North America.
