Pittsburgh Lean Management Workshops Will Cover Manufacturing and Services
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The nonprofit Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) will run a program of 10 lean management workshops June 14-16, 2011, in Pittsburgh, PA, on how to implement lean tools and management methods in manufacturing and service processes.
The workshops, which will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport, will cover value-stream mapping, strategy deployment, using A3 management reports, basic lean production principles, and more advanced concepts.
