Sun Country Vacations Takes Minnesotans to Germany Once-In-A-Lifetime Charter Vacation Package
MINNEAPOLIS & ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sun Country Vacations announced today a special charter package to Munich, Germany. Passengers will leave Minnesota on Friday, April 22, 2011 and return Sunday, April 24, 2011, giving those traveling 30 hours in Germany. There are limited seats available; packages are for sale immediately at www.suncountry.com/munich.
Sun Country Vacations Munich Charter Details:
- Depart Terminal 2-Humphrey on Friday, April 22 2011 at 6:15pm CDT, with intermediate stop in Gander, Newfoundland and arrive in Munich, Germany (Munich Airport MUC) at 11:45am CET on Saturday, April 23, 2011.
- Depart Munich, Germany (Munich Airport MUC) on Sunday, April 24, 2011 at 5:45pm CET with intermediate stop in Gander, Newfoundland and arrive that evening in Minneapolis at 10:50pm CDT.

Round trip airfare in coach-class is $300* per person, plus taxes &
fees (see below).
- Catering in coach includes complimentary non-alcoholic beverages as well as two meals (entrée/dessert & sandwich) both to and from Munich.

*Seats are limited. Stated fare is valid for travel from Minneapolis/St. Paul to Munich, Germany departing Minneapolis/St. Paul April 22, 2011 and returning to Minneapolis/St. Paul April 24, 2011. International taxes in addition to the base fare are approximately $150 and are subject to change based on the currency exchange rate. No credits or price adjustments can be made if the fare has changed after the ticket has been purchased. Seats are limited.
Coach Tickets
Coach class tickets are nonrefundable and may
be changed at any time for a fee: $100 per international ticket
including flights to Europe. Name changes are allowed for an additional
fee of $75 per ticket. If the fare of the new ticket is higher than the
original fare, the fare difference will be added to the change fee. If
the new fare is lower, the difference cannot be refunded and cannot be
applied towards the change fee. Travel must commence within one (1) year
from the date of purchase. A non-refundable ticket reissued toward
travel in First Class remains non-refundable. No credits or price
adjustments are made if the fare changes after the ticket has been
purchased. Tickets may not be applied towards the purchase of a Sun
Country Vacation package
First Class Tickets
Unused First Class tickets are
refundable if they were originally purchased and ticketed in advance in
First Class; however, a $100 fee per international ticket including
European tickets will be deducted from the amount refunded. First Class
tickets may be rebooked and not assessed a change fee. If the fare of
the new flight is higher than the original fare, the fare difference
will be charged when making the change. If the fare of the new flight is
lower, difference will be refunded minus a $100 fee per international
ticket. Travel must commence within one year from the date of purchase.
A non-refundable ticket issued toward travel in First Class remains
non-refundable. No credits or price adjustments are made if the fares
change after the ticket has been purchased.
**Package prices are based on double occupancy per person. Package rates must be purchased by 11:59pm CT (Central Time) on April 19th. Rates are subject to change based on availability. Airline and hotel taxes and fees are included in the package rate. Stated package rates are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously purchased packages. Packages cannot be purchased in conjunction with any promotions, discounts, vouchers or Ufly Plus membership. No credits or price adjustments can be made if the package rates have changed after the package has been purchased. Seats are limited; rates may not be available on all flights or to all hotels. Schedules are subject to change. No refund will be given if package is cancelled 7 days or less prior to departure. No refund will be given if passenger(s) is refused boarding; including, but not limited to, not having proper travel documents.
Passengers may save money by checking their first bag for $20 each way and check a second bag for $30 each way if purchased more than 24 hours prior to outbound departure, or pay $25 each way for the first bag and a second bag fee of $35 each way if paid for at the airport; each bag is not to exceed 62 linear inches (length plus width plus height) and 50 pounds. Additional bags, as well as bags over 62 linear inches and 50 pounds, are subject to excess baggage fees of $75 each additional piece of excess baggage. ***Stated upgrade enhancement is for Minneapolis/St. Paul to Munich, Germany flights only. Upgrades can only be processed at the airport on the day of travel upon check-in for $200 each way. Round trip First Class airfare may also be reserved in advance for $800 plus taxes and fees of $150.00. First Class ticket holders will receive two checked bags free if purchased in advance and one checked bag free in purchased at the airport. First Class ticket holders are subject to the normal overweight or oversize baggage fee.
