Vistra Appoints New Marine & Aviation Director

ST HELIER, Jersey, April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Vistra Group () today announced the appointment of Marina Gall as its new Director of Marine and Aviation Division. Vistra's Jersey based Marine and Aviation division offers clients a wide spectrum of services covering the acquisition, ownership and operation of luxury yachts and private aircraft.
Marina comes from an accounting background, having spent over 10 years with UK accountants Dodd and Co. In 2001, Marina moved to Jersey to join Vistra as a senior trust officer. In 2006, she moved to the Marine & Aviation Division, since when she has been at the forefront of the development of Vistra's Marine and Aviation portfolio of services, which offer yacht and aircraft owners a means of managing the many day-to-day corporate and fiscal responsibilities such assets generate, whilst ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
Commenting on her appointment, Marina said, "This is an exciting time for Vistra. We have ambitious aims to grow both locally and internationally and I am looking forward to leading the development of our Marine and Aviation offering. Marina is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an associate of the Institute of Indirect Taxation, and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Last month, Vistra announced the acquisition of the Offshore Incorporations group of companies, which is the Asian market leader in company formation and associated services.
