BRISTOL, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE: B) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 8 cents ($0.08) per share. The dividend will be payable June 10, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2011.
