CPI Aerostructures to Present at Three Investor Conferences This Month
EDGEWOOD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (“CPI Aero®”) (NYSE Amex: CVU) today announced that its management will be addressing institutional investors at three investor conferences as follows:
- Edward Fred, President & CEO, will present at the Noble Financial Capital Markets Seventh Annual Equity Conference on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 11:30 am ET at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, FL.
- Mr. Fred will also present at the B. Riley & Co. 2011 Annual Investor Conference on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 1:00 pm ET / 10:00 am PT at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, CA.
- Vincent Palazzolo, Chief Financial Officer and Douglas McCrosson, Chief Operating Officer, will present at Stephens Inc.’s Annual Spring 2011 Investor Conference on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at 10:30 am ET at the New York Palace Hotel.
Investors will be able to access the live webcast of the presentation at the Noble Financial Conference and download the PowerPoint Presentations for all three conferences via the Investor Relations section of CPI Aero’s website, www.cpiaero.com. Access to the webcast will be available live and by replay for approximately 90 days.
