Donaldson Company Increases Quarterly Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI), announced today that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly common stock cash dividend by 15 percent, from 13 cents per share to 15 cents per share. Donaldson had previously increased its dividend in November, bringing the total increase so far in fiscal 2011 to 20 percent.

The Board declared a regular cash dividend of 15 cents per share, payable June 24^th to shareholders of record as of June 10^th. As of April 30^th, there were approximately 76,300,000 shares outstanding.

The current declaration is the 223^rd consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Donaldson over a time span of 55 years.
