GUADALAJARA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) informed that, effective May 26, 2011, the Company has contracted an additional line of credit for the Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Hermosillo and Guanajuato airports, for a total of Ps. 1,023.98 million.
GAP has selected HSBC as the financial institution for this line of credit. HSBC has authorized a line of credit for up to Ps. 1,575.36 million, demonstrating the confidence that global financial institutions such as HSBC have in the Company’s management.
The funds corresponding to the abovementioned Ps. 1,023.98 million will be used to finance capital investments previously committed pursuant to the Master Development Programs of these airports for the years 2011 and 2012. The line of credit will be used by the airports in the years and amounts as follows:

The most important terms of the credit contracts are the following:

It is worth mentioning that, at the close of 1Q11, the remaining balance for funding obtained from financial institutions for capital investments committed pursuant to the Master Development Programs for the abovementioned airports for the 2007-2010 period was approximately Ps. 1,242.67 million. The Company has made timely capital and interest payments for these loans as well as for the Company’s other committed obligations.
