Satcon® Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Satcon Technology Corporation® (NASDAQ CM:SATC), a leading provider of utility scale power conversion solutions for the renewable energy market, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Aaron M. Gomolak to be its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer effective May 11, 2011, replacing Donald R. Peck.

Mr. Gomolak has been working at Satcon in several roles since May of 2008, both as a consultant handling the company’s financials from 2008 to 2010, and most recently as the company’s Senior Vice President of Global Operations.
