US Airways Pilots to Protest Continued Slow Pace of Contract Talks

--(BUSINESS WIRE)--US Airline Pilots Association

What:   The US Airline Pilots Association (USAPA), representing the pilots of US Airways, will picket tomorrow at Philadelphia International Airport to bring attention to what it believes to be US Airways’ continued efforts to take advantage of its pilots, who are already the lowest-compensated pilot group among the major airlines.

Tomorrow’s picketing event is a continuation of the pilots’ public display of frustration with what USAPA believes to be US Airways management's deliberate efforts to slow the pace of contract negotiations since 2005.

When: Wednesday, May 25, 2011
11:15 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. ET

Where: Philadelphia International Airport
Terminal A West
