Eaton Agrees to Acquire German Filtration Systems Provider E. Begerow GmbH & Co KG

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) today announced it has agreed to acquire E. Begerow GmbH & Co KG, a leading system provider for advanced liquid filtration solutions. The company develops and produces technologically innovative filter media and filtration systems for food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical and industrial applications. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions. Terms were not disclosed.
