PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PFSweb, Inc. (Nasdaq: PFSW), an international business process outsourcing services provider of end-to-end web commerce solutions, today announced that all corporate proposals were approved at the Company’s 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 10, 2011.

At the meeting, stockholders approved the election of Timothy M. Murray and Mark C. Layton as Class III directors and ratified the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.
