Signature Flight Support and NetJets® Inc. Sign Deal for Private-Use FBO Terminal at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI)
COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Signature Flight Support Corporation, the world’s leading FBO network, and NetJets® Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company and the worldwide leader in private aviation, announced today the signing of a long-term lease that will provide NetJets with a dedicated, private terminal at Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). The project includes a 10,000 sq. ft. newly-constructed terminal with modern amenities as well as approximately six acres of paved ramp, aircraft movement and car parking areas. The multiple-year deal will enhance NetJets’ ability to provide exceptional service to its Owners with dedicated Signature staff and a facility customized to NetJets’ specifications and Owner preferences.

The new terminal will be located on the northwest corner of the airfield, allowing for rapid access to major roadways and the commercial terminal. Facility design features include a streamlined passenger transition to and from the aircraft ramp, modern furnishings, conference and business center capabilities, crew lounge and rest areas and flight planning facilities.

Construction of the new facility is expected to be completed in early 2013.
