Dépèche transmise le 22 juillet 2011 par PRNewswire
BEIJING, July 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --
With the online sales growth on the Air China international websites, it is very important to optimize the passenger booking process and provide a more convenient ticketing experience. On July 1, 2011, Air China formally launched a "Customer Profile" function on its international websites to simplify the information input link for passengers booking on the website.

As of July 1, 2011, passengers logging onto the Air China international websites can fill in their personal information and register as a user. After login, the passenger's personal information can be automatically retrieved in the booking process and repeated input is no longer needed. This saves significant time for our passengers during the online booking process. After the ticket is issued, passengers can also log in to check the booking record of unused purchased tickets, review reservations, and therefore have more control over their online travel arrangements.
The "Customer Profile" feature allows a more convenient and quicker process for electronic services for our passengers.
