BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--American Science and Engineering, Inc. (“AS&E”) (NASDAQ: ASEI) will announce its first quarter (ended June 30, 2011) fiscal year 2012 results on Thursday, August 4, 2011 after the market closes.
