Ascent Solar Announces Upcoming Expiration Date For Class B Warrants

THORNTON, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTI) today announced that the unexercised, outstanding Class B warrants issued in connection with the Company’s IPO in 2006 having an exercise price of $11.00 per common share are expected to expire July 10, 2011. The Class B warrants are covered by a current registration statement (registration number 333-131216) and the Class B warrants are currently exercisable. Accordingly, the Class B warrants will expire as scheduled on July 10, 2011, if not previously exercised.
