Cambria Holdings Owners Acquire Sun Country
ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MN Airlines, LLC (Sun Country) announced today that its parent has sold Sun Country to a private company owned by the Davis family of St. Peter, Minnesota, the owners of Cambria Holdings, LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sun Country has more than 800 employees and flies to 38 year-round and seasonal destinations, in the U.S., Mexico, Caribbean and Europe. The carrier’s all-Boeing fleet consists of 12 modern and fuel efficient 737 Next Generation aircraft.
No changes to Sun Country’s operations, management team or frequent-flyer program are planned. Sun Country’s headquarters will continue to be located in St. Paul, Minnesota.
