Companies Prepare to Evacuate Countries in the Middle East
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As the threat of uprising and violence remains in the Middle East, private companies are beginning to make evacuation plans should they need to withdraw from the region.
“There is still a lot of uncertainty in the Middle East. Private companies need to protect their employees and their families, and that’s why this particular company found it important to sign an agreement with CSI”
Recently, CSI Aviation Services, Inc. signed an agreement to assist a private company in Egypt to provide air charter evacuations for the Army Corps of Engineers.
“There is still a lot of uncertainty in the Middle East. Private companies need to protect their employees and their families, and that’s why this particular company found it important to sign an agreement with CSI,” said Marc R. Ramthun, Manager of Operations. “If the company’s employees and their families are ever in danger, we will fly them out as soon as we can. The fact that we have access to aircraft all around the world makes this possible.”
CSI provides similar emergency response services and agreements to insurance companies, oil companies and multinational companies.
Crisis and disaster emergency response services have been an integral part of CSI for the last 15 years. Every year, corporations and government agencies rely on CSI for emergency response and evacuation services, which include on-demand air charter, operations into conflict areas, personnel evacuations, relief charter flights and delivery of urgent supplies.
