Crane Co. Declares Third Quarter Dividend and Announces 13% Dividend Increase

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Crane Co., a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products, is pleased to announce its Board of Directors today declared a 13% increase in its quarterly dividend, to $0.26 per share from $0.23 per share. The dividend is payable on September 9, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 31, 2011. The indicated annual dividend rate will now be $1.04 per share.
