GUADALAJARA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE:PAC; BMV:GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) reported today that it has been notified by the Mercantile Court of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco of a preventive measure declared at the trial initiated by one of GAP’s shareholders that requires the Company to adhere to its by-laws. Additionally, this shareholder requests that all legal action be taken in order to comply with the by-laws of GRUPO AEROPORTUARIO DEL PACIFICO, S.A.B. DE C.V., specifically the contents included in Article X and Article XII of these by-laws.

The Company is analyzing the procedures to defend its by-laws.
