ON Semiconductor to Announce Second-Quarter Financial Results

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ONNN), a premier supplier of high performance silicon solutions for energy efficient electronics, plans to announce its financial results for the second quarter ending July 1, 2011, after the market closes on Wednesday, August 3, 2011.
