Sino IC Technology Adopts Teradyne UltraFLEX Test System
NORTH READING, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sino IC Technology Co., Ltd. selected the Teradyne® (NYSE: TER) UltraFLEX® to test RF, baseband and broadband devices. Sino IC Technology chose the UltraFLEX based on its high parallelism, superior accuracy and broad spectrum of instrumentation. Sino IC Technology is a subcon located in Shanghai, China specializing in the design, research and sale of overvoltage protective components and ICs with advanced technology. They also have multiple J750 test systems installed.

The UltraFLEX delivers the power and precision needed to test advanced microprocessors, PC chipsets and graphics, disk drives, video game devices, System-on-a-Chip (SOC) or System-in-Package (SIP), memory, baseband digital, network and broadband devices. It offers a wide range of coverage when the device mix and throughput goals demand the highest speed, precision, coverage and capacity for superior multisite test efficiency.
