GUADALAJARA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, August 4, 2011 - Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V., (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (“the Company” or “GAP”) announced that the court hearing GAP’s protection proceeding in defense of its by-laws affirmed the preliminary injunction prohibiting the Mexican Banking and Securities Commission (the “CNBV”) from issuing a decision regarding the public tender offer (the “OPA”) announced by Grupo México S.A.B. de C.V. until the protection proceeding is resolved by this same court.
