Building on LDRA’s 35 years in best-practice programming, certification and testing, LDRA India has developed contracts with India’s defense, aerospace, nuclear and other government-owned public sector industries.

Working with LDRA’s international team of certification experts, LDRA India has brought the same level of standards commitment to industry offices located in India. Working with Indian standards committees, LDRA India plays an active role in developing local industry. Domain-specific Competency Centres have been established with major institutions and regulators in Military Avionics, Nuclear and Defense, resulting in improved practices and strengthening of the local regulatory framework in order to establish safer, more secure software systems.

Through a series of educational seminars, LDRA India has successfully educated programmers, designers and verification teams on the importance of incorporating better-quality practices into their product development. Testing services and partner training programs have enabled local companies to meet their certification requirements and contribute to industry development.

Code developed in India is automatically part of the overall requirements traceability, analysis and verification needed for the overall system, regardless of whether the OEM is based in the United States, Europe or India.
