Sparton Corporation To Host Conference Call To Discuss Fiscal 2011 Year End Financial Results

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sparton Corporation (NYSE: SPA) today announced it will host a conference call with investors and analysts on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. CST / 11:00 p.m. EST to discuss its fiscal 2011 second quarter financial results, provide a general business update, and respond to investor questions.

The Company's results for the year ending June 30, 2011 will be filed with the SEC no later than September 7, 2011.
