Allegheny Technologies Declares Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:ATI) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 28, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 20, 2011.
