“We use every single module that Exact produces for Macola”
Macola Manufacturing Pro
Exact’s new Macola Manufacturing Pro solution is designed to meet the needs of serious manufacturing professionals in many segments including, but not limited to the machinery, aerospace, automotive, electronics and general discrete manufacturing segments. Macola Manufacturing Pro, which comes complete with nearly 20 easy-to-use modules, delivers a deep-function ERP solution for manufacturing experts who need integrated shop floor control, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory and project management.
“We use every single module that Exact produces for Macola,” said Doug Gessford, president and CEO of Gateway Manufacturing, Inc. “We very deliberately and diligently examined all software providers to find someone who had a full complement of products that would meet the needs of engineering, production planning and forecasting, through order entry and shipping. Far and away, Exact Macola products met all of those requirements.”
The comprehensive ERP solution minimizes an organization’s risk, and allows users to be up and running very quickly while realizing a return on their investment in record time. Users will see continued process improvement and outstanding profit margins in every area of their business.
Macola Distribution Pro
The Exact Macola Distribution Pro ERP solution was designed for business services companies in the logistics, supply chain, OEM assembly, component supply and technology industries that need easy-to-use manufacturing, inventory and distribution capabilities integrated with business management and finance software.
With 15 individual modules, selected to transform a business from a collection of automated processes to a high-yield, efficient operation, users benefit from integrated distribution, manufacturing, inventory and project management as well as services such as Health Check and Business Process Assessments.
“By selectively putting the most business-critical ERP modules together in our new Exact Macola ERP Pro suites, we have made it even easier for customers to be up and running on the Macola solutions quickly and effortlessly,” said Mitch Alcon, President of Exact Americas. “Our goal is to continue to empower small to mid-sized organizations with innovative business solutions that let them automate and manage every aspect of their business with a single solution, so they can take care of business today and plan for tomorrow.”
Low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
Each of the new Exact Macola Manufacturing and Distribution Pro solutions come with all of the important modules needed to effectively run a business. Additional WMS modules also will be available, as will the ability to license Exact Synergy. Among the key benefits include:
- Easy buying experience - one package delivers all necessary modules to get up and running
- Minimal risk and a very low cost per user, delivering a true TCO
