Maguire Aviation and NetJets® Inc. Sign Deal for Private-Use FBO Terminal at Van Nuys Airport

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Maguire Aviation, a Van Nuys based FBO, and NetJets Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company and the worldwide leader in private aviation, announced today the signing of a long-term lease that will provide NetJets with a dedicated, private terminal at Van Nuys Airport. The private-use facility will be custom-designed and operated to NetJets’ specifications and Owner preferences, enhancing NetJets’ ability to provide exceptional service to Owners and crews traveling through this popular domestic destination.

The project includes a 10,000 sq. ft. new terminal with modern amenities including a streamlined passenger transition to and from the aircraft ramp, modern furnishings, conference and business center capabilities, crew lounge and rest areas and flight planning facilities.

Construction of the new facility is expected to be completed in summer of 2012.
