BROUSSARD, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RLC, the largest privately-held helicopter operator in the Gulf of Mexico, today announced it has earned the Helicopter Association International’s (HAI) 2010 Operator Safety Award. This coveted honor is bestowed upon helicopter operators who operated without accident in the previous year. HAI acknowledged RLC for its outstanding 2010 safety record of 72,000+ accident-free flight hours.
