Aviation Capital Group Trust Announces Receipt of Requisite Consents to Consent Solicitation

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aviation Capital Group Trust, an aircraft securitization special purpose vehicle (the “Trust”), announced today the receipt of consents from the requisite number of noteholders for the adoption of various amendments to its governing Indenture.

The Trust previously commenced a solicitation of consents from the holders of record as of September 23, 2011 of its Class A-1, Class B-1, Class C-1 and Class D-1 Notes to various amendments to the Indenture, dated as of December 6, 2000, governing the Notes (the “Consent Solicitation”). The Consent Solicitation expired yesterday, and as of the expiration date holders of more than the required majority of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes (voting as a single class), validly delivered a duly executed consent to the proposed amendments.

Global Restructuring Services, Inc., the tabulation and information agent for the Consent Solicitation, has delivered a certification evidencing that the Requisite Consents were obtained and that the Consent Solicitation was successful.
