(AIS), is an ISO 9001:2008 certified supplier and manufacturer of 12.1” and 15” operator terminals designed with highly flexible communications devices, high speed Intel® Atom™ Processor N270 (512K Cache, 1.60 GHz, 533 MHz FSB), Microsoft Windows embedded operating system and expand 2GB of memory for machinery manufacturer applications.

The 12.1” IP12T61E and 15” IP15T61E have integrated high flexibility communications input/output devices including 2 x 10/100/1000 Ethernet, 2 x RS-232, 2 x RS-485, 2 x USB, 1 x PS2 (keyboard & mouse), 1 x LPT, and 1 x Audio Mic-in, Line-out. These industrial panel PC’s utilized a built-in Intel Atom N270 processor providing a 1.6 GHz core speed and 533 MHz AGTL+ front-side bus (FSB). In addition to the energy efficiency of Intel’s hafnium-based 45nm technology, the Intel Atom processor N270 adds energy-saving enhancements including the efficiency of an in-order pipeline, Enhanced Intel SpeedStep® Technology, enhanced low-power sleep states and dynamic resizing of the L2 cache that reduces electrical leakage in transistor sleep mode. These operator interface terminals feature a Microsoft Windows embedded operating system, which lets you choose from a wide selection of Windows embedded software applications to meet your needs.

The AIS industrial and ruggedized platform is a durable yet lightweight plastic and steel housing, designed to NEMA 1/12/4 sealing standards on the front side, providing high levels of dust, dirt, grease, shock, vibration, and moisture resistance. A fanless design with increased temperature ratings and low voltage processors add to the ruggedness of this computer.
