Digi-Key Corporation Expands Product Base with Military-Spec Connectors from Amphenol

THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn., USA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Electronic components distributor Digi-Key Corporation, recognized by design engineers as having the industry’s broadest selection of electronic components available for immediate shipment, today announced availability of military-spec connectors from Amphenol.

As one of the largest manufacturers of interconnect products in the world, Amphenol has long been a valuable supplier of product for Digi-Key. Amphenol’s Aerospace Operations provides Digi-Key with a full range of high reliability connectors and interconnection systems including, but not limited to, D38999 Series I, II, III; M5015; and M39029 contacts. Digi-Key meets the military high reliability standard MIL-STD-790F which includes such standards as date/lot code traceability. The expansion of this long-standing partnership into the realm of military-spec products will allow Digi-Key to provide product to a much wider and more demanding customer base.
