Dépèche transmise le 23 novembre 2011 par PRNewswire
BEIRUT, November 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --
nasair, the premier low fare airline based in Saudi Arabia, celebrated this year's Lebanese Independence Day at the Beirut International Airport with customers flying to and from Beirut, one of its most popular routes, on the 22nd of November 2011. nasair offered customers flying to and from Riyadh 200 SAR vouchers via SMS to be used towards their next domestic or international nasair flight until 31st December 2011.
All customers, including families, businessmen and students on these flights were greeted with treats upon checking-in at Beirut Airport for their nasair flight, joining with the nasair team to commemorate the extraordinary independence and pride of the Republic of Lebanon. Customers travelling to celebrate with family, friends or co-workers were offered free beverages to make their in-flight experience an en-route celebration in itself.
Simon Stewart, CEO of nasair, said: "nasair is proud to be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's national carrier and values the bonds it builds through its extensive international network. We strive to give back to all our friends across the region and are proud to celebrate this joyous day with our Sister Country. We took this great occasion to make a modest gesture in showing our appreciation for this collaboration."
Abdul Hamid Lakkis, nasair Country Manager for Lebanon, said: "We are proud of our mutual achievements and hard work. Celebrating our team's successes by investing in our customers and sharing their local joys at the airport and in our cabins makes us we proud. It's the best way to really see our efforts materialize into true success. The festive celebration of our Independence Day is also proof of the excellent relations between us, our customers and our respective countries. This is merely the beginning of many more collaborations in the future."
