Sparton Corporation To Host Conference Call To Discuss Fiscal 2012 First Quarter Financial Results

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sparton Corporation (NYSE: SPA) today announced it will host a conference call with investors and analysts on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 10:00a.m. CDT / 11:00 a.m. EDT to discuss its fiscal 2011 second quarter financial results, provide a general business update, and respond to investor questions.

The Company's results for the quarter ending September 30, 2011 will be filed with the SEC no later than November 8, 2011.
