International Rectifier Corporation today announced financial results for the first quarter (ended September 25, 2011) of its fiscal year 2012. Revenue for the first quarter fiscal year 2012 was $302.7 million, a 4.6% decrease from $317.2 million in the fourth quarter fiscal year 2011 and a 7.8% increase from $280.9 million in the first quarter fiscal year 2011.
