Republic Airways Holdings , today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for April 2011. The Company generated 1.7 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 2% decrease from the same month last year, while available seat miles (ASMs) were unchanged. Block hours were 79,768 in April 2011, also unchanged from April 2010. Consolidated load factor was 79% versus 80% in April 2010. Nearly 2.6 million passengers were carried during the month, a 5% reduction from the same month last year.
