Watts Water Technologies, Inc. today announced results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2010. Net income per diluted share from continuing operations (EPS) for the fourth quarter of 2010 was $0.30. This represents an increase of 11% as compared to $0.27 of EPS reported in the fourth quarter of 2009. Fourth quarter 2010 EPS includes a negative $0.10 impact from restructuring and other charges. Adjusting for these items, fourth quarter 2010 adjusted EPS was $0.40, compared to fourth quarter 2009 adjusted EPS of $0.44, a decrease of 9%.
