Barnes Group Inc. , a diversified global manufacturer and logistical services company, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2010. Fourth quarter 2010 sales totaled $283.3 million, up 10.4 percent from $256.5 million in the fourth quarter of 2009. Net income of $11.5 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, compared to net income of $6.2 million, or $0.11 per diluted share in the fourth quarter of 2009. Fourth quarter 2009 results included $1.3 million of after-tax charges for restructuring actions.
