Prenant effet le 31 octobre, lorsque l'Allemagne passera à l'heure d'hiver, le calendrier 2010/2011 de l'aéroport de Francfort affichera 4 435 départs par semaine, proposés par 106 compagnies aériennes programmées, vers 266 destinations, dans 112 pays. Le nombre de départs hebdomadaires augmentera de 3,8% par rapport à la saison hivernale précédente. Cette capacité correspond à 680 000 sièges par semaine, soit une hausse annuelle de 6,4%. Avec 138 destinations intercontinentales, plus de la moitié des vols proposés par l'aéroport de Francfort sont pour des destinations hors Europe, soulignant ainsi le rôle de leader du FRA en tant que point d'accès intercontinental de l'Allemagne.

Effective October 31, when Germany changes to winter time, Frankfurt Airport's new winter timetable 2010/2011 will feature 4,435 flight departures per week offered by 106 scheduled airlines flying to 266 destinations in 112 countries. The number of weekly departures will rise by 3.8 percent compared to the previous winter season. This capacity corresponds to 680,000 seats per week, up 6.4 percent year-on-year. With 138 intercontinental destinations, more than half of Frankfurt Airport's destinations will be outside of Europe - thus underscoring FRA's leading role as Germany's intercontinental gateway.

In light of Tropical Storm Richard, the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) has announced evacuation and relocation plans for all in-country travelers, and travelers visiting Belize in the coming days. According to the Belize National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO), the center of Tropical Storm Richard is expected to cross Belize this evening as a category 1 hurricane; as of 12:00 p.m. MST, the center of the storm was located 55 miles southeast of Belize City, moving toward the northwest at 13 miles per hour. Maximum sustained winds remain near 85 miles per hour with higher gusts.
