Assemblée générale annuelle de Fraport : les actionnaires de Fraport recevront à nouveau un dividende de 1,15 euro - EBITDA record malgré la baisse des revenus

Aujourd'hui, à l'Assemblée générale annuelle ordinaire des actionnaires à Francfort-Hoechst, le Prof. Dr Wilhelm Bender, président du Conseil de direction de Fraport, a annoncé qu'"en 2008, nous avons atteint nos objectifs concernant nos principaux indicateurs financiers, en dépit de toutes les difficultés résultant du début de la économique crise mondiale" - bien que les revenus du Groupe Fraport soient en baisse de 9,8 pour cent à 2,1 milliards d'euros, en raison du dessaisissement d'ICTS Europe, filiale de sécurité détenue à 100 %. Toutefois, le résultat du Groupe avant intérêts, impôts, dépréciation et amortissement (EBITDA), ou résultat d'exploitation, a atteint un nouveau niveau record à 600,7 millions d'euros, en hausse de 3,5 pour cent en glissement annuel. Comme annoncé antérieurement, les bénéfices du Groupe sont passés au-dessous du chiffre 2007 à 180,2 millions d'euros, principalement en raison de la hausse des dépenses d'intérêt. Les Conseils de direction et de surveillance recommandent à nouveau l'attribution aux actionnaires d'un dividende d'1,15 euro par action pour l'exercice 2008 - troisième année consécutive de paiement de dividende aussi élevé. Le rendement boursier augmente de 3,7 pour cent à 2,1 pour cent en glissement annuel.
