L’Organisation mondiale de la santé a donné son autorisation pour les voyages internationaux le 7 mai, déclarant qu’elle ne croyait pas nécessaire de restreindre les voyages vers certains pays, notamment le Mexique, en réponse à la grippe porcine/H1N1. Neuf autres pays ont également levé leurs restrictions de voyage.
