Chiffres du trafic de Fraport - avril 2009 : légère augmentation du nombre de passagers de l'aéroport de Francfort transmise le 12 mai 2009 par PRNewswire
Bien que la crise économique mondiale continue d'avoir un impact important sur le transport aérien international, le trafic des passagers de l'aéroport de Francfort (FRA) a repris momentanément en avril 2009 en raison des vacances de Pâques. Seule une baisse de 4,7 pour cent a été enregistrée par rapport à l'année précédente - la plus petite baisse mensuelle jusqu'à présent en 2009. FRA a transporté 4,26 millions de passagers lors du mois concerné. En revanche, le nombre de passagers de Fraport AG enregistrés à FRA a diminué respectivement de 10,4 pour cent et de 13,3 pour cent en janvier et février, avec une nouvelle chute de 9,2 pour cent en mars 2009.

Although the global economic crisis continues to have a firm grip on international air transportation, passenger traffic at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) picked up temporarily in April 2009 because of Easter holiday travel and registered a drop of only 4.7 percent year-on-year - the smallest monthly rate of decline so far in 2009. FRA served 4.26 million passengers in the reporting month. In contrast, Fraport AG registered passenger declines at FRA of 10.4 percent and 13.3 percent respectively in January and February, and still a 9.2 percent drip in March 2009.
