Toutefois, la fréquentation de l'aéroport de Francfort (FRA) en mars 2009 n'a pas diminué par rapport au mois de février 2009. En février 2009, l'aéroport de Francfort a connu une baisse du trafic passagers de 9,8 % par rapport à l'année précédente, compte tenu du glissement annuel, et a accueilli 9,2 % de passagers en moins en mars 2009. Au total, 4,03 millions de passagers ont fréquenté l'aéroport de Francfort ce mois-ci. Les mouvements aériens ont diminué de 3,2 %, ce qui représente 38 913 décollages et atterrissages. En février 2009, le nombre de mouvements avaient baissé de 6,1 %, même après ajustement du glissement annuel. Avec 152 784 tonnes métriques de fret (fret aérien et courrier postal) en mars 2009, l'aéroport accuse, en mars 2009, une diminution de son volume de fret de 21,2 % en glissement annuel, un chiffre qui avait déjà chuté de 25,4 % en février.

Tel Instrument Electronics Corp. announces several developments related to the recently awarded $44 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract award from the Army for the Mode 5 upgrade of the TS-4530 IFF test set. These include notification that Aeroflex, an unsuccessful bidder in the Army solicitation, has filed a civil lawsuit against Tel alleging appropriation of proprietary Aeroflex information. Most of the material allegations in the civil lawsuit were raised by Aeroflex in its protest of this award to the Government Accountability Office. In this regard, we were informed late last week that Aeroflex has withdrawn its GAO protest after receiving the Army response to its various allegations. As a result, the Army has lifted its stop work order on this program. Tel has also received its first Delivery Order on this IDIQ contract from the Army in the amount of $5.1 million.
